Mind-Heart Quest is a neuro-affirming, person-centred coaching service supporting neurodivergent students, parents and adults to better understand themselves, recognise their strengths and needs, and create strategies that fit who they are and how they live.
At M-HQ, we believe meaningful growth begins with understanding the whole person, not trying to change them to fit expectations.

A collaborative coaching space for parents to better understand their child’s unique mind, strengths, needs and experiences, while developing practical, personalised approaches that support connection, confidence and family life.
I’M INTERESTED IN PARENT COACHINGUnderstand yourself. Trust yourself. Build a life that fits.
Individual neuro-affirming coaching for adults wanting to better understand themselves, recognise their strengths and needs, navigate challenges, and develop strategies and ways forward that align with their values, identity and the life they want to create.
I’M INTERESTED IN ADULT COACHINGAt Mind-Heart Quest, we don’t begin by asking what needs to be fixed.
We begin by getting to know the whole person: their strengths, values, needs, experiences, interests, challenges and hopes for the future.
Our coaching is neuro-affirming, person-centred and strengths-based. We create space for reflection and self-understanding, then work collaboratively to develop practical strategies and meaningful next steps that fit the individual and their real life.
The aim isn’t to become someone else, it’s to become who you already are. To understand yourself deeply, trust yourself confidently, and grow in ways that are meaningful to you.
Start with the whole person, not just the challenge.
Work with the person, not on the person.
Develop strategies that fit the individual rather than expecting the individual to fit the strategy.
Support meaningful, sustainable growth while respecting identity, autonomy and dignity.

Creator & Lead Neurodiversity Coach and Consultant

For more than a decade, I have worked as an educator and coach, supporting students, parents and adults to discover the Why behind the What. Naturally, I’m creative and curious, and with the addition of my own lived experience as someone who is also neurodivergent, I look beneath what I see on the surface and seek to understand the whole person when designing support.
People have always mattered to me. I value connection, authenticity and the dignity that comes from being genuinely seen and understood. I believe every person has strengths, needs, values, interests and experiences that deserve to be recognised. Meaningful support begins by getting to know the whole person, rather than focusing only on what they find challenging.
I created Mind-Heart Quest to bring together education, neurodiversity and coaching in a way that is practical, collaborative and deeply person-centred. My quest is to help neurodivergent people understand themselves, recognise their strengths, discover what gives them meaning and purpose, and actively apply this understanding to the direction of their lives, while helping the people around them understand and support them too.
“The essence of Mind-Heart Quest is about becoming reacquainted with our true selves, and learning to love, accept and balance the duality of our Mind and Heart. Through understanding both, we can navigate our Quest towards living an authentic life.”
